Wedding dresses

It’s easy! We work with the authorized retailers in more than 25 countries around the world. Please visit our Store Finder and find the nearest one.

Your dress is sewn at our atelier in Warsaw, Poland (EU). Purchase and delivery will be done through authorized retailer near you.

If one of the retailers is too far, no worries, please Contact us directly and we will assist you choosing the perfect dress just for you.

The authorized retailers normally do not carry the whole collections in all sizes, and only carry selective dresses. However, the retailers may often arrange for various dress styles to be available for you to try it on.

Therefore, we suggest calling the retailer to check the availability of the dress styles you are interested in.

We believe that the journey of finding and ordering your dream dress is personal and unforgettable experience that should also consist of a professional advice. After all, you should and always need to be treated as DAMA (a lady in Polish).

This is why we do not offer an online shopping experience with respect to the wedding dresses.

Please note that we do not authorize our wedding dresses to be sold over the internet and do not guarantee the authenticity or quality of dresses sold over the internet under DAMA Couture name.

Please reach out to the authorized retailer in your area. Our dresses can be purchased at a wide range of prices which are at the discretion of each authorized retailer.

The prices may also vary from region to region, so we suggest contacting the authorized retailer in your area to receive a comprehensive advice.

We recommend ordering a wedding dress 9-12 months before your wedding date. It will give us enough time to sew your dress at our atelier in Warsaw, Poland (EU), deliver to the chosen bridal boutique and give you and the boutique enough time for stressless alterations.

Most of the wedding dresses will require some form of alterations to achieve the perfect bridal fit for your big day. This may include hemming, taking the gown in at the seams, shortening of the straps, and adding a bustle to the train.

A new collection is introduced once a year. It is publicly presented in August, just before the brides start to look for the wedding dresses for their next year’s wedding.

We are authorizing new retailers each year. The selection process is rigorous, as we need to ensure that the retailer share the same values as us and will serve you well with honesty and professionalism.

If you cannot find any retailer in your area, ask your local bridal store to contact us directly.

All dresses are made in-house by the best people in their craft at our atelier located in Warsaw, Poland (EU).

We would love to! With your permission of course. Pictures of your wedding day with your beautiful dress always makes our day and gives us a reason to do what we do. We would love to share your wedding pictures on our social media channels.

Evening dresses

Yes, we deliver worldwide. The shipping fees vary by country. The exact fees will be calculated at the checkout, but it should not exceed EUR 20 for most of the EU countries.

The estimated delivery time vary by country. We aim to deliver all EU orders within 5 business days, but some countries are eligible for 2 business days delivery.

The prices are in EURO, inclusive of taxes, but excluding the duties.

Sadly, we have no control over import duties for international orders and can neither predict what they will be nor take responsibility for the charges. Each country has its own custom regulations.

Yes, you have the right to return the order within 14 days from the date of the package's arrival. Please see our Returns section for detailed instruction.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or a new product, please return an existing order and place a new order. Simple as that!

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for an original shipping fee, cost of returning the package and any duties that may be incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from the refund.

The word DAMA means a lady in Polish language. But to us, it means much more.

 A “Dama” knows who she is and what she is capable of. She moves outside her comfort zone if need to. She creates her own space and welcomes others. She follows her heart rather than feeling restricted. Dama is honest, intelligent, playful and ambitious. No matter where she comes from, she deserves full respect. She deserves to be loved and be happy Dama is worth investing time and energy into. She values and recognizes quality. She avoids quantity and chooses to be selective with what surrounds her.
