Two ways to wear it.

Poppy Pink is for the woman who likes an outfit that can change halfway through the evening. Structured chiffon holds the tiers of the A-line skirt in place, and the empire waist sits high so the fabric falls free from just under the bust. A deep V opens the front, the back stays closed, and puff sleeves gather at the wrist. The neck bow ties on for the ceremony and comes off before the dancing.
